David WintersHusband, Father, Outdoor Enthusiast and Insurance Agent!David is an owner and producer and has been with the agency since it’s inception. Believe it or not, Dave has a life outside of insurance. He is a lover of the outdoors and spends many weekends at his property in Wisconsin with his family and friends! He volunteers with many organizations such as Civil Air Patrol, Youth Aviation Foundation, Love Inc, Chamber of Commerce and many others.

Darby WintersShe puts the back in back office!Darby is an owner of the agency and keeps the office running. She is the other ‘D’ in D Winters Insurance. She also works part time at Minnetonka Schools in Food Nutrition. She and David are going on 29 years of marriage. She also enjoys time at the cabin and on the water chasing any fish that will bite. She is also an active volunteer and loves meeting new people.

AceOffice Dog, Squirrel Chaser and Office Barker
Ace has been with us for 6 years and we can’t imagine life without him. He can often be heard in the background barking at the squirrels and deer that frequent our office. He also reminds us to get outside and stretch our legs during the day.

Community Involvement

David is a member of the Civil Air Patrol which is involved in many community events including participating in a Blackhawk Orientation Flight with the Minnesota National Guard and Wreaths Across America, laying wreaths on the graves of soldiers at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
